In 1990 Darren started shooting and after struggling to retrieve his shot game decided in 1992 to train his own cocker spaniel.
Since 1992 Darren has trained many cocker spaniels to trialing standard for his own use. Darren has also trained cocker spaniels for overseas owners in Ireland and Denmark.
Today he continues to train his own cocker spaniels and assist others in their training of spaniels and retrievers, using a variety of methods.
Darren is currently running 8 week training courses for beginners and an advanced course for owners wanting to trial or enter tests. He will also kennel and train dogs to an owners requirements.
Darren is a family man whose wife and children all take a keen interest in the training of the dogs.
